Weapons vs Vehicles

This thread will have specs of how many shots/hits it takes to bring down various vehicles at full health. To kick it off we’ll start with the Snipers.

Sniper Rifle
scorpion: 10
Wraith: 10
Mantis:8
Warthog: 7
Banshee: 6

Ghost: 5

Binary Rifle
Scorpion: 7
Wraith: 7
Mantis: 5
Warthog: 4
Banshee: 4
Mongoose: 4

Beam Rifle
Scorpion: 80
Wraith: 80
Mantis: 27
Warthog: 25
Banshee: 22
Mongoose: 6
Ghost: 5

List will be updated as time goes on, including after the update…with updated results of course. Had to triple check the Beam Rifle to make sure every shot was landing and not bouncing.

Anti-Tank Weapons

Rocket Launcher
Scorpion: 3
Wraith: 3
Mantis: 2
Warthog: 2
Banshee: 2
Mongoose: 2
Ghost: 1

Fuel Rod
Scorpion: 8
Wraith: 8
Mantis: 5
Warthog: 4

Spartan Laser
Scorpion/Wraith/Mantis: 2
Everything else: 1

Inc. Cannon
Scorpion: 1 (if shot under turret). 2 side shot
Wraith: 1 (if shot on the side) 2 from the front
Mantis: 1 (almost always, very low health afterwards…if still active)
Warthog: 2 (inc. Cannon flings the Warthog around…so all fragments can’t hit at once) 1 (if everything hits)
Banshee: 1
Mongoose: Same case as the warthog
Ghost: 1

All shots are direct hits
