Does anyone know post turbo time to kill, frames to kill, bullets per second, speed of bullets, zoom levels and so on of the halo 4 turbo sandbox? I require help for something I want to work on. If you manage to help me, then you’ll also provide good stuff for many people. And it would be appreciated.
Rocket Launcher, 1 shot.
Looks like I’m probably going to have to do this alone… if only there was a community that cared about helping others and doing things like timing weapons and such.
Would love to help, but I don’t have the knowledge of these things unfortunately. I tweeted a link to your post though, so maybe a few more people will see it
These are the raw stats taken from the metadata (no frame information, shot information - I used to have graphs on those but they’re long gone)
You can import this into Excel or any spreadsheet program.
Edit:
I have a database of statistics for 10,000 wargames in which over 62,000 players participated across over 18,000 teams. I didn’t yet store all of the information I wanted to yet - there are actually some 20M games to process.
If anyone is interested in such a database, let me know.
Thank you guys.
How do I export it to excel?
As to why I need the information, halopedia. It lacks game play information I find and what better way to make it better than to have precise statistics.
How does your database work? The statistics from your database might become interesting trivia pieces or fact bits although I’d probably have to ask an Administrator’s opinion about that.

Try saving the pastebin file as weapondata.csv and then opening it in Excel. When it asks you how the data is delimited/separated select comma.

The sort of things you can determine are the win probabilities on certain maps. For example, you could average out the wins and losses of Blue and Red team on Ragnarok to determine which team wins most on that particular map.
The data is incomplete on individual player stats (headshots, avg shot distance, weapon choice etc) as this data takes a very long time to aggregate from 10,000 records and many many hours from 20,000,000+ records.
To leverage the data in the database I have compiled thus far, you would need to understand SQLite3.
distance, spread become factors in this.
only becomes practical when comparing like to like (BR, DMR, Light, Carbine, magnum)
I don’t know if this will help, but I know the Spartan Laser takes roughly 2.5 seconds to charge before the shot. If I’m not mistaken, I think it takes approximately three seconds for it to cool down. Don’t hold me to it, but I think I’ve heard those stats before.
I’d love to help! I’ve been meaning to do this as well, but for EVERY SINGLE WEAPON AND VEHICLE in the MCC.
Then I figured my brain may implode on itself.
(And I finally got done with all those Extinction achievements, so I can talk now. :P)
Ahem
Binary Rifle:
1 shot. Half second.
Testing this on a warthog might actually be the best way to get good sample sizes on power/rate of fire. Would also be able to be done solo. high-powered weapons though it could still be a bit iffy on the data unless using scorpion/wraith. (i believe the power of incineration cannon/laser/tank shot/wraith glowball are all about equal, though center of explosion matters, especially with incineration and its secondary splashing balls).

Lol, come on, dude, lighten up. That was funny.

That is what I need. Yes yes yes, do you have it’s source? Thank you.
Run away from the light.
