when was the last time they gave out weapon skins for Halo 5 ? like watching those live events … GEARS 5 does that , why not halo ??

Because Halo 5: Guardians isn’t supported anymore when it comes to new content. The game has had its run.

There have been few times in which they have given skins but they give the Voices of War REQ Pack on March 15-17, 2019 if you see the HCS on mixer, but those skins you can still get them in the microsoft store.

They aren’t doing H5 tournaments anymore.

They give out weapon skins during the Community Streams if you play against 343 during the stream - The 343 Ice Unicorn skin.
If you get featured in the Halo Community Spotlight you get the Fire Unicorn.

Fire unicorn is definitely still a thing, just need to get featured. Which isn’t tooo hard just requires a bit of luck.

343 haven’t done a community stream in a few weeks, I’m not sure as to why exactly. Whenever they do the community streams again it’ll be available.

I assumed the reason was because of Halo: Infinite’s delay and the set backs. It must be a pretty exhausting time at the company.
