Has a list of weapons for H4 been released yet? I am curious to find out if the DMR will be included in the human armory.

No. We only know that the BR and pistol have been confirmed so far.
speculation:
It’d be absurd not to include the needler. That weapon is iconic to halo.
I also expect at least one automatic, most likely the AR.
The BR won’t be the only human mid-range weapon, so i wouldn’t be surprised to see the DMR as well (or a completely new weapon fulfilling the same role).
