So I thought maybe it would be cool for the community to try and make a list on what weapons work best on bosses… sure vehicles work the absolute best, Hannibal tank/mantis, oni tank, temple or wraith unltra… But what if you are low or out of vehicles or just want the challenge of not using a vehicle… for example not to long ago some on showed using twin jewels of maethrillan on the grunt goblin works pretty well, especially if already damaged quite a bit. Any one else have weapon recommendations for bosses or enemies? Spnkr x seems to work pretty awesome on nights and scourge of fire or white scar does well against hunters.
Has any one tried the H2 beam rifle delta on any bosses?
I don’t really know which reqs work on bosses…
Not sure about legendary/mythic bosses, but any low tier bosses and AI get absolutely shredded by Razors Edge. It has a ton of ammo and is only a REQ 3, great for FF.
Plasma Caster works well against all Promethean bosses (obviously not the Phaetons).
Scourge of Fire or White Scar work incredibly on Knight Bosses. Lasers and Banshee bombs work great on Hunters too.
It’s a vehicle, but the Scout Hog will instakill any Soldier or Elite boss with the mighty weight of it’s chassis pressed down onto their bones.

Yeah I used to sell scout hogs but now I keep them. It is fun going for splatters in them in firefight.
Any Binary Rifle is good against Hunters, if hit in the back after chattering its cover. Used it against a Mythic Hunter and it went down easy (while teammates were distracting it, you don’t stand a chance if they are targeting you)

It is also good for killing Knights, when I had to fight the Harbingers on Attack on Sanctum, I did over half damage and killed a Knight boss in one hit. The Selene’s Lance is the best weapon for Warzone Firefight though.

But the maneuverability on the Scorpion is so low.
My FF formula is: Scout Hog immediately. Splatter until level 3 or 4, then upgrade to a Ghost. Splatter some more until level 6 if you can. Ultra Wraith dominates in FF. Unless it’s against a flying vehicle then use Splaser. You said no vehicles though, so I’d say The Answer, plasma casters, splasers, maybe fuel rod. In ff all gun reqs have so little ammo it’s almost a waste of a req.
In regular warzone I don’t even go for bosses much since the refresh. They are HUGE bullet sponges so 1 req probably isn’t going to take them out and ground vehicles get hijacked or destroyed so quickly in warzone (except for ghosts) so I don’t use them much. Better tactic is to kill the enemy while they are distracted by the boss, then go for the boss steal when it’s health is low.
The hailstorm variant for the needler works wonders against any hunter boss due to its high magazine count and faster firing for a bigger more powerful supercombine explosion. Just make sure to aim for its back.

The answer/arclight combo I find shreds through any boss stupid enough to turn its back to me.
