When I was watching a lot of the Halo Infinite trailers. I saw some great opportunities for new weapons. 343 already had one with the electricity grenade and a few cool others. But… How cool would it be if Master Chief ran out of ammo for his AR do he whips out a CROSSBOW. 343 can do what they like with how it does damage. Maybe a impact grenade at the end. But that just sounds so cool. It can have UNSC on the side with a DMR type scope. That would be so cool just to sit with a crossbow in the grass firing impact grenades trying to loosen up enemy forces on a stronghold I’m supposed to infiltrate. Now I know it may seem COD like to add stuff like that but there is so much opportunity. It could connect to his grappling hook to increase distance and speed. I don’t know about you guys but that would be epic. Let me know what you think.
Some new weapons would be a good idea. Those following include:
- The hand-held M134 Minigun - A human-made laser handgun - The tesla cannon
I think we should just have the Sticky detonator again. serves the same purpose and a Crossbow isn’t very Halo. we already have forerunner weapons that function in some
ways very similar to weapons that we already have. It would be very cool to see a blamite type bow/crossbow weapon or blamite javelins. But I doubt we’ll see those.
