Weapons and explosive balance

So there seems to be some inconsistency with weapon damage. The whole point of 2 weapons is if you need to reload or run out of ammo you got the side arm or whatever weapon you have and you lay into the enemy player. well ive noticed that it will either get you the kill or it wont and that needs to be addressed along with a buff in grenades. It is ridiculous that i hit one or more players with a grenade and one of them doesnt die from being shot with the pistol. NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED
