As a forger and a regular to the customs browser, I am very confused on the purpose of removing the Railgun from both customs and forge. Does this mean that we will not be able to access the weapon in both game modes? If so, then that would mean 343 is sort-of restricting the freedom we know and love in Halo 5, and that being one of its defining features. I think that if 343 wants to ban Railguns in both customs and forge, then they should only ban use in 343/matchmaking games (action sack, etc). This could be a sign of what to come… lets not make it a doomed fate. Thoughts?
…Have they removed it from Customs/Forge? All the blog post says is
> In order to keep these changes focused and prevent potential issues with multiple versions of the same weapon floating around, the re-tuned versions of these items will only exist in the specially designated playlist – you’ll be unable to use these weapons in Custom Games or Forge.
As I see it, all it means is that the retuned weapons are unavailable in Customs/Forge, while the unchanged, default versions should still be available for use.
