I use mouse scroll to swap weapons and sometimes the game swaps to the same weapon that I already had out. Even tried rebinding my weapon swap and still the same issue. Dont know where to report bugs, hopefully this is the right place
Flight bugs should be reported on the support site assuming they aren’t on the list of known issues.

If you use the scroll wheel to swap weapons and you scroll twice, you will also swap twice, causing you to swap back to your original weapon. Maybe use a keyboard key instead?

Yeah, that’s a good point - could especially be an issue if you have a mouse with a “smooth-scrolling” scroll wheel.
For what it’s worth, I’ve always bound my “switch to previous weapon” key to ‘Q’ in all PC games. Not sure if that’s standard, but I think it’s the default in games like CS:GO for switching to your last used weapon/utility.
