Hey Guys,
I have heard that when you level up to SR 50 and choose a specialization it gives u a weapon skin as well as armor etc. is this true? And do you get to pick which gun the skin is for?
Also if it is true could you link a picture or tell us which one you like/have.

for the specializations you get a specific weapon skin. all of the specializations stuff was released a while ago. like with rouge i got a skin for my carbine.
It gives you the armor that is only availible for that specialisation, such as the wetwork armor
IDK about weapon skins, but come to think of it I got a “Noble” skin for my DMR when I hit level 50 which looks sick! 
Everytime you choose a new Specialisation you get new Armory and 1 Weapon Skin for a Weap for Custom Loadouts

I guess I should go for my most used guns first the DMR (Wetworker), Carbine (Rogue) and BR (stalker).
I still don’t know what I want… I actually don’t want any other armor mods instead of mobility and ammo… Maybe Operator, because I was always the Banshee guy when we still played Invasion and Premium Battle on Halo: Reach.
I also don’t want any other armor, because I have Mk VI and I don’t want anything else. You know what, I don’t care whatever I get, I’ll just choose something random. ;’)

i would suggest pioneer for the small bit of extra xp. at least thats what im doing next so that everything is a tad bit quicker.
I shall take your advice into consideration… every bit of xp counts 
Also does anyone know where/how you get the BR Artic or Light Rifle Imprint skins?

BR Arctic is obtainable via redeemable pre-order codes and the Light Rifle Imprint skin was only included with the Limited Edition console.
