are the weapon skins already unlocked in custom games/forge ?

EDIT: Actually, I take that back. Weapon skins that can be unlocked by Specializations can be unlocked in Customs. Other, preorder skins, like Artic BR, is only unlocked by preorder. Though I am just assuming.
