Not sure what I’m seeing here, but the BR skin doesn’t look half bad, but the armour skins… too colourful.
I also have no idea what the hell 343 have done to the Hazop helmet. Makes me wonder what they will do to Recon, Security, etc. I’m not sure who designs these.
Dead-Eye helmet has similarities to Recon, not too shabby. Seriously, this is a huge change towards what we usually see in Halo 3/Reach when it comes to customization. I hope to God they know what they are doing.
Discuss your opinions on this subject at hand.

Anyways, you said they looked too colorful? This is true but those Spartans do not look like in game renders to me, so i think concept art is being used as to keep the final look under wraps me thinks.

I myself dislike the way the visors are done.
In Reach, I refused to wear the GUNGNIR helmet.
Because it looked stupid without a visor.
Instead it just had a little scope thing, idk.
Also, many people have been saying that armor customization will be low in Halo 4.
They back this up by saying armor is unlocked in sets in Halo 4.
Which is true, arnor will be unlocked in full sets of a certain type of armor.
But I don’t think it’s as uncustomizable as everyone thinks.
I’m pretty sure what 343 means is that, though you unlock things in sets,
you can attach and detach specific pieces of that set.
Here’s an example.
The Hazop armor set costs 500sp.
And when I select and buy it, I don’t just get a shoulder or helmet, I get it all.
Now, I can enter the start menu and change my Spartan’s armor.
So I can take the shoulders, helmet, and shins guards from Hazop.
But I can take the upper arms, forearms, upper legs, and chest from IOC.
So even though armor is unlocked in sets, doesn’t mean you can only wear it in sets.
I do agree that HAZOP is by far the best looking armor.
But to me, the red and white Forest skin looked better than the blue and white one.
Ultimately though, WEB looks coolest to me.
The Arctic BR skin looks beautiful!
You can change the color of it.
