Does anyone know if there is any official or at least reliably tested data on the exact ROF/killtimes of the precision weapons?
I do not personally know of a ‘reliable’ source. But I do know how reliably I kill players and about how long it takes.
Hopefully soon someone will do frame-by-frame tests or something, because I’m really interested to know what all the perfect killtimes are within at least a 10th of a second or so. Even better if 343 releases offical stats like they did after H4’s turbo update.
