In Halo 1,2, 3, and reach. Your weapon starts varied! Sometimes You would start with the AR which I was ok with, because once you picked up an BR/DMR or etc… then you pretty much reigned control over the entire map. You had to search and find guns!
In halo 4, are we going to start with Our Main gun choice, EVERY game? If so… Does that mean that there will never be a DMR, BR, AR, on the map to pick up? Will there be BR pickups, DMR pick ups, etc?? I KNOW THERE WILL BE SNIPEs, ROCKET, ETc… so please stop refering im talking about those. I’m talking about BRs and ARs and DMRs.
And why would I EVER want to use an AR once I have my BR/DMR unlocked?
It’s pretty much going to be just like gears of war 3, where all we’re going to use is 1 rifle the whole time, until we get bored. Because having that DMR, BR, etc… theres no point in picking up anything else!
AND WHATS to stop people from Spamming NOOB COMBOs EVERYWHERE! BR and PP… since you spawn with it.
I rebel and pick up the needler. Love it.
Hopefully, the Loadouts will be exclusive for just Spartan Ops.

You gonna drop your BR for that? Are there not gonna be BR/DMR pick ups on the map since you spawn with it every time?
I kind of prefer the AR, though. And there will still be power weapon pickups, as I believe Frankie specifically said that you will not be able to spawn with a power weapon.

If you prefer the AR, then be prepared to have a VERY LOW KD. And I know there will be power weapon spawns. I mean BR spawns.
That doesnt mean there wont be weapon pickups.
Im pretty sure there will be some ARs, DMRs, BRs and Carbines laying around somewhere as well as the power weapons (rocket, snipers), the needlers, plasma pistols and nades, not to mention you can pick up the weapon that your enemy dropped when you killed him.

the loadouts will be in the MAIN playlists… the playlists that everyone will play. The vanilla halo will have 200 ppl in it, knowing 343s amount of playlists. And the maps probably wont be made for it.

I really hope this is true.
I also hope that Elites are playable again.
There should be weapon pickups on the maps. If one player is dominating with a BR and everybody else is using AR’s, he/she will eventually run out of ammo. This isn’t right. There should be an opportunity to pick up ammo for starting weapons.
