Light Rifle: Warper (Because of the ‘forming’ animation and sounds)
Scattershot: Smoker (smoke-like disintegration effect)
Fuel Rod Gun: BFG
Rocket: Pipes (“Grabbing pipes!”)
Assault Rifle: Spraypray
Storm Rifle: Splattershot
Incineration Cannon: Firepipe
Suppressor: Swarmer

These are used in my group of friends, more nick-names for fun then any form of professionalism.

I didn’t really mean to come off as correcting you, even though I said fixed. I was just replacing the names you used with the names I will be using. Sorry for any misunderstanding.
Eh, the Incineration Cannon fits the name BFG more. You can’t spam the BFG in Doom. Plus you only get one shot with huge splash damage before a long pause.
The last time I named a weapon was in Gears3 where I dubbed the Sawn off “The -Yoink!-”, because that gun needed to get knocked down a few pegs.
