Alright Marines, I want a good reason as to why Weapon Certificates don’t offset each other once you have them all.
Because if you have them all, then it’s like not having any of them

Okay let me clarify, What I’m asking is: Let’s say you get The Answer weapons certificate, that means in the future Req packs you open, you might get an Answer right?
But what if you have all the Weapon Certificates?
Doesn’t that mean you have a higher chance of getting everything?
So your back to when you opened your first req pack.
When you have all of the power weapon certifications unlocked, you have an overall increased chance of getting them. From there, it’s all dependent on your decision to buy Silver / Gold Packs to get the weapons you desire.
Straight and simple, it shouldn’t be too terribly confusing.

It’s RNG… Random… there really is no odds for anything.

Even if it were 100% randomized with no weight, there are still odds. But there are weights. You’re more likely to get something Rare than Legendary.

Depends on Bronze, Silver, or Golds from that point on. Based on what you open based the tier of weapons or vehicles you’re hoping to get.

Probably means you have a smaller chance of unlocking what you want, since you have a chance of everything.
I kinda get what you’re saying… But I do believe the REQs are all random.
I mean… I do have 300+ plasma pistols… From opening golds, but yeah. It’s totally random…
