Can anyone tell me if there will be new weapon balancing tomorrow with the Castle Map Pack and CSR? And if so, are there any news on what will be changed?
There will be no weapon balance changes tomorrow.
If they are to make some weapon changes, they’d announce it in the Halo Bulletin first.
No weapon changes tomorrow just CSR I believe.

Bravo and/or the other dude, in the Castle Map Pack live stream today, that there would be no changes tomorrow. They stated, at first, that weapon changes might happen over coming months then quickly back peddled and said coming weeks and months.
