It has to be Kinsano. Her flamehogs aren’t good enough at dealing with anything to warrant them and all of her abilities are based around dot so the targets remain mostly unscathed if they see the power, hellbringers, her iconic unit, has no extra upgrades or bonuses to make them stand out because they still suck at their intentional role and her mech lacks AA, does pitiful damage especially the Y power and I’m pretty sure has almost no health yet she’s been consistently nerfed especially with the release of the arbiter and jerome, along with johnson.
I still think it’s Johnson, Kinsano at least have loads of damaging leader powers.

Johnsons bunker drop and healing abilities are always useful IMO, Kinsanos hero kinda sucks
Forge needs tons of work. His grizzly tanks cost too much population for their worth. In my opinion an army of Scorpions shouldn’t beat an army of Grizzlies. Many of his leader powers really aren’t effective. Scatter bomb sucks. It can’t even kill a marine capturing a power nod because the random bomb drops will miss him and the animation takes forever to finish, not to mention that the enemy already gets a warning before it can begin its long process of small random bomb drops. Forges Pelican Transport cooldown is not much shorter than the Scatter Bomb. If it was shorter than it is now it could be a cool tool to use to make him better. In Halo Wars there was no cool down on Pelican Transport and it still was not overpowered. Heavy Metal makes your units very tanky but they are so slow that they can’t even stay in the fight. It’s really only effective if you plan on holding your ground because the enemy can simply walk away and come back once it’s timed out. Forges Rolling Economy perk doesn’t noticeably get you ahead of anyone in the economic race. These are just a few issues with Forge and unfortunately there is more. Its seems like 343 made all these different leaders to fight each other but they gave some leaders a rocket launcher, others a battle rifle, and some a pistol. It’s hard to beat someone when you have smaller guns, so to speak. I debate that Forge not only needs the most help out of the DLC leaders, but that he is probably the most forgotten and least cared about.

Inferno is still really good. But she’s better for team play.
There is no noticeable advantage when using Rolling Economy. It’s not balanced and there really cannot be a debate that it is even close to being as effective as Atrioxs Fortifications upgrade. Grizzly Drops are great. I’ve come back from losing my base and then immediately pushing back and killing 2 bases to win the game all because I used this power. Not everything about Forge is bad and I’m not saying that it is. However, Grizzlies should cost less population in my opinion and all of the things I listed above should be considered.
Johnson popped into my mind.
I really wanted to make the most of his mantises’, but they’re so bad that I won’t even play as him.
Not to mention his shockingly bad ‘healing powers’.
Kinsano used to be deadly but she has been nerfed into the ground and I think has lost a lot of what made her stand out. She isn’t the weakest id say Forge is as technically he is a DLC leader. His only good thing is Grizzlies but as they are expensive in both population and resources and take time to build it’s not a suitable strategy. At least with Johnson his Mac actually damages unlike Forges Scatter bomb and he has Mantises which are pretty decent with Mech Overcharge. The worst leader is Anders. She is so bad its a joke but one that’s not funny.

Kinsano used to be my main bc she was SO RIDICULOUSLY POWERFUL!!! then she got nerfed, over, and over, and over again. i wont even touch her anymore bc shes so pathetic.

Johnson is by far the worst. I concur with you here.
However Jerome is still the top leader in the game imo.

You could maybe have 1 cyclops/hunter out by the time 10 plus JR’s and Jerome/Mantis show up at your base which is around the 4 minute mark. Even if you went 4 anti vehicle turrets you would have no mini bases and no map control and would lose.
There is nothing Kinsano, or really any other leader, can do against them. Maybe shipmasters ghosts but the Jerome player would have to make mistakes.
Kinsano is dope. Flame hogs are an amazing base rushing unit, especially when they have the flame mortar upgrade and each shot does additional burn damage. They are fast enough that you can kite them around a base while they continue you fire. I do have a hard time 1V1’ing with her though.
