First off, let me introduce who “we” are. “We” is a gaming community I have created called “Top of the Leaderboard”. Right now, we’re mostly made up of friends who have been playing Halo for years. Over the years we’ve experienced a lot of exciting memories with Halo. Thanks to Bungie introducing theater mode in Halo 3; sharing our memories with others is possible. So I decided a few weeks ago to create a gaming community that wants to help gamers from all walks of life; have a medium they can use to share those gameplays, those memories, those exciting moments; so the world can see.

Thus, Top of the Leaderboard (TotL for short) was born. TotL is the beginning of a brand for me. Throughout my years playing on Xbox Live, I’ve seen many “clans” and many “gaming communities” come together. We’ve all seen the crazy acronyms people have created to create some sort of militant atmosphere into their “clan”. This isn’t some 3 letter clan that wants you to go to some boring meeting, sit in a lobby and listen to some guy drone on and on about “get recruits” or “stay in your squad uniform”. We’re not here to tell you what to do, how to do it, what your armor should be, where to go, who to hang out with; etc. We are a gaming community that wants you to come as you are. We don’t require anyone to do anything to your motto, your bio, your in game appearance.

Our mission is to simply help you get your footage out there and we’ve had some amazing results so far.

Right now, we only have content for 3 people. However, that content is easily found.

We are the entire page. Exciting isn’t it? How would you like that to be you? We did it with just 3 guys.

I want you to be apart of this. Even if all you want to do is get your videos onto YouTube. You are helping us build our brand. The future is full of infinite possibilities. We’re expanding into other games. We will be expanding into looking for sponsors, online tournaments, location tournaments, gaming hardware, gaming accessories, montages, gameplays with commentaries, Machinima. The sky is the limit and this is your open invitation.

I subscribed on YouTube. Mainly for watching what you guys come up with and have done. I think it would be great to grow this and get a ton of sweet Halo content out there in a centralized location.

Do you guys accept montages from people? Once again, my theater is always empty, I’m just asking questions so I personally can see great Halo content. Or is it just single game clips?

Really cool idea guys! I’ve been invited to random clans all the time and they really are always the same, “recruit more people,change motto,wear the clan armour and go to the boring meetings” so I never really got anything out of them. This however sparked my interest! The idea of a new gaming community that you are building sounds great, because I’ve really wanted to be a part of one someday.

I DO want to have some of my videos on YouTube and would like to know if you’d be interested in any FSF videos

It’s where you start in a blank Forge map and build a new map from scratch till you finish. It allows players to see the creative process of map building, may even help a few people become better Forgers.

My older ones used to be around 3hrs, which I don’t know if that’s way too long for any of your videos. Maybe they can be a special type of videos submitted?

Yeah, I can work with that, I may have to do a it where I can time laps it so it will fit into a short amount of time, or if you want to commentate on what you are doing wile watching the video I can also record that and just make episodes of it.

It’s hard to believe Top of the Leaderboard only has 10 subscribers, I’m one of them.
You just don’t seem as legit as other channels and I was wondering if you needed any extra support. Maybe have me spread the word a bit so you can get a few more subscribers?
