After halo infinite being delayed to 2021. Its a bit worrying we might not get more info this year but I hope like we still do.
Reason for this is because so we can give feedback like we did in the campaign. One of my worries was that we had a lack of information on halo infinite before gameplay. I want them to show more though so we can give feedback and sincs game is delayed to 2021,i do hope fighting program can actually happen now since I was worried it could get cancelled before it got delayed. We need more time for fighting time for infinite than we did in MCC being ported to PC.
We know so little about the game, it’s really a mess. They release a demo which shows pretty standard gameplay with disappointing graphics that raises more questions than answers, then in interviews they say “it’s open world but actually it isn’t” and suddenly the multiplayer is Free to Play and we still don’t know anything about it. The game was targeting a November release and we know nothing, it’s really absurd.
I agree with the OP of course, 343i needs to start communicating. If development has been half as messy as the rumors suggest, they’re going to need the community’s help to steer the game towards a healthy launch. That means they need to share their vision with us (meaning something more clear than “open world but actually not really”), and they absolutely need to do some flighting and beta testing.
I myself am not getting my hopes up this time. I expect the worst and hope to be surprised
They really should release a demo to insiders to help with bug fixes and to find what players think should be adjusted. But I doubt that will happen. Itll probably just be another “beta” to get people hyped.
