We should have cosmetic loadouts! Each armour core should have three customizable slots that act just like the Seasonal pre-fab’s.
E.g. within Mark VII armor core, I have three “favourites” core setups. Each one allows me to save a build with different colors and pieces from the core.
This idea would simplify down from 3x favourites per core to “3x favourite setups” once cross-core becomes standard. Heck once cross core becomes standard just replace all individual core’s in the menu with silhouettes until we replace them with our own preferred builds.

Yeah how about no, tried it, did not work.

Yeah, loadouts only work in games with extremely short Time To Kill on all weapons, like COD. In such an environment all loadouts are fair game because all loadouts (even meme loadouts) can be effective.
