We should fix the assist system.

This is not me complaining, just an observation after several warzone matches.

Have you ever been in a scorpion and shot an enemy ghost, only for a team mate with an SMG to somehow get the kill? And the thing is, it even shows that player got a tank kill in the kill feed when he wasn’t even in the tank.

Or maybe you’re sniping and you shoot an enemy in the face only for someone with a BR to be credited with a sniper headshot.

These are only two of many examples I can provide regarding this issue. No, it’s not lag or network issues. It’s just a broken assist mechanic.

I do find it slightly annoying but it’s not a big deal by any means. I just hope this catches someone’s eye and maybe 343 can look into a fix for this.

I experience that, but usually I’m on the receiving end XD it is pretty nice to get those things like “killing” warden eternal when all I did was shoot at it with a BR but I do agree it should be fixed.

Yeah, boss kills seem a little wonky at the moment.
