it’s been so long since we could say something like this, but now we can say officially that finally we’re seeing the game this month 
! So excited to see what they’re gonna show. How pumped are you?

No date has officially been given yet. However, some insiders are reporting that it’ll happen during the week of the 20th. I think this will be the case, but of course nothing is official, and I image we’ll know in a week or so.
I don’t know…it is surreal. I’ll probably be equal parts excited and nervous before it streams. Depending on the time of day, cracking open a cold one might be in order.
Well I hope so…anything can cause delays. Just wish they’d give us a date for the day of the reveal since no specific date has been made yet.

As exited as I am being in the dark about the date is killing me. I just want to know when it is, then I can relax. I think being in lockdown due to the pandemic isn’t helping as I’ve not got the stress of work to distract myself with. This is something I’ve been looking forward to for a year now, and we’re so close.
But being stuck inside, unable to go down the pub with my friends, and basically being stuck at home, I’m finding myself constantly checking Xbox’s twitter, Halo’s YouTube, these forums for the tiniest bit of info. It ain’t healthy. Even if the date got pushed backed yo august, just knowing when it is would put me at ease. At least I know how long I’ve got to wait. But not knowing? It’s driving me mad!
Can’t wait to see some gameplay of Infinite, it has been a long 5 years in development.

Yeah, I was hoping for early July. But I’m just glad to have a date.
It has been such a long journey from the end of Halo 5 till now. And Infinite’s gameplay reveal is finally in our sight. Ironically it’s roughly the same amount of time that Chief was in cryosleep, 4 years 7 months 10 days. I wish the event was earlier July, but like people say, insiders point to July 20th-25th as a window for the event.
I think I’m more eager for the release date and for preorders to go live so I can reserve a Series X and the game lol
I’m curious but also I’m holding my hype, because we still don’t know effectively what Halo Infinite is and because my hype was surreal for the launch of Halo 5. I was expecting GOTY like story campaign and… well…
Don’t worry, Halo Infinite will be the last thing they show off during the event, just to keep us waiting an hour longer 
Hoping for campaign, coop/firefight/etc, and multiplayer demos.
Other features like forge and theatre would be cool to hear about, but probably shouldn’t take up much time. However, i would like to hear them emphasize the importance of Halo’s collaborative community (i.e. fileshare).
Curious to see how they plan to manage crossplay, given MCC PC’s hardships regarding aim assist. Hope they touch on it, because i suspect XBSX players will have more options to play on MKB in the next generation.
Some news on flighting would be cool too.

I know what you mean man. Your brain needs something else to focus on because you have no other distractions!
We are so close, and if it is driving you mad but you are craving more Halo, it could be a great time to knock out some of the Halo novels or comics! You can even download them digitally so you don’t have to risk leaving your home. It’ll sprinkle some of that magic Halo dust on you and keep you satiated until the big reveal!
If they show gameplay and I see a spartan sprinting I’ll just pass
