We of Brazil can’t play halo 5, we don’t find any match 1 month already… The only playlist that is finding match is the social playlist, ranking playlist don’t find any matchs expand, balance or focused…please fix it…

That will simply be down to player numbers and connections at the time of day you’re playing. Always search on expanded if you’re struggling like that. I’d also suggest using Looking for Groups to try and get like-minded players on at the same time and in the same playlist
