You need an age limit. I would say now lower than 13. There is no need for mindless kids screaming causing ear drums to bleed.

While MLG is a competitive setting, I would recommend having fun with your crew and being really close with each other. Know each other well and enjoy each others presence. Train hard too! Show no mercy and be critical.
