We need new forge maps. The ones we have are not all bad, but they are all simple arenas. The only ones that are not pure arenas are scythe and lockout remake (which has horrid spawns) btw. We need new ones that are more than just simple arenas. Please 343 bring in more forge maps. Re updating old maps like Onyx is not acceptable!!!

Forge maps only have framerate drops because of splitscreen. I have never experienced this when playing alone.
But yeah, how about we have aPK’s Countdown remake added in to matchmaking? It’s a awesome map.

lucky you! well, i have. and i bet i’m not the only one. especially on dispatch, simplex and scythe.
just make normal DLC maps, and keep the froge stuff low… omg i remember back in reach where there were those tons of forge maps and just a hand full of normal ones… still sick of it
The rotational playlists really need to start having Community maps tests again.
Get rid of Big Rumble, add Heavies to BTB, and just put Extraction into a Dedicated Objective playlist, and viola! 3 free spaces, all for test playlists.
We could finally see community BTB, Team Doubles, or Rumble Pit maps!
Whoever said splitscreen players are the main people who are plagued by frame rate drop is correct. Maps like scythe usually don’t have it (unless everybody is within the exact same frame area). I’m not saying it doesn’t happen, but it is not THAT common. Lockout remake has a huge amount if playing split screen.
In reach, the maps were crappy looking, but many of them played better than the actual maps. Midas and Unconquered, as well as uncaged were nearly unanimously praised. They were great. And I am so tired of Simplex (such a bad map) and dispatch, which is nothing more than long range BR tryhards.
