So far, the number of game types is dissapointing. There is no regular slayer, only infinity, there is no Big Team CTF, Assault, Big Team Assault, Big Team Heavies and there is no Multi Team, rocket race, Race or Stock pile, all of which were pretty good game types. We need these added in to add more flavor to the game. Sure, slayer is fun, but it gets old. We need some variety. And where the heck is Grifball?
Also, is there any way invasion can come back? Halo 4 would be perfect for it. It doesnt need to be Elites vs. Spartans, it could still be Red vs. Blues, with Blue team invading the Red team or vice versa. Im pretty sure the Spartan 4’s on Infinity need to train for siege scenarios and what better way than invasion.
Besides, we could see the return of great maps like Boneyard and Spire.
So, if by some chance 343i ACTUALLY LISTENS, lets get some more game variants out there so we, the players, the people who paid good money to play this game, have more to do other than just slayer, flood, or CTF.
yes bring narmal team slayer.how do you not have team slayer in halo infinaty slayer does not count and this is why imthinking about trading this games in and you need to slow down the br and dmr they shoot way to fast

Gotta bring back Multi-team! I love playing that with my mates and where is SWAT and also Grifball in the main playlist not just Custom.
Cmon 343 there need to me a lot more. I guess considering the matchmaking problems they first encountered they didn’t want to release too many at once.

343 are actually being very smart about this. You see, even the playlists shipped with the game are not fixed. 343 will be swapping out playlists that aren’t doing so good for the next playlist in mind; with next weeks new playlist being SWAT. They’ll be monitoring the number of plays each playlist has, then basis their choice on that. If the new playlist does better than others, it will be safe for the time being.
Yeah. SWAT has been announced to make a return for next week, not sure if there will be more coming with it. But 343 is also updating the playlist’s weekly.

How is this smart? Halo: Reach shipped with every playlist we wanted and each playlist has a sustainable volume of players to this very day.
They really need to add one way ctf, assault, and an invasion type playlist. So far this game has been a slap in the face for the Halo objective players like me.
