Halo was really good as an Arena Styled Shooter but now there aren’t much Arena Styled maps like Haven… So 343 make more arena styled maps and add some more Symetrical Maps too!
Haven is one of my all time favorite Halo maps. I would love to see more in the same vein. Halo 5 needs a remake of Guardian that map is amazing. Halo 4 lacked small maps which an issue.
I’ve always preferred asymmetric or bilateral symmetry game types. I never cared much for midship, but Turf, Sanctuary, and Zanzibar were probably my favorite Halo 2 maps.
I’m sure there are a few that I’m forgetting 10 years later.
Wizard, Derelict, Midship, Guardian, Zealot…Yes, we need more.
Halo needs to return to its more arena angled roots. Having maps that do the trick is a must, but the actual mechanics of the game require that same synergy. In Halo 4, the developers were more interested in giving a Call of Duty feel to the game which was an absolutely bonkers idea.
I agree but maps don’t need to be symmetrical and I think symmetrical maps only look best as forerunner environments and after a while symmetrical maps just get annoying, I want variety in my maps. but that’s just my opinion

I wish it was an on-disk map so everyone could play it.
Skyline, Monolith, and Haven are awesome Arena-styled maps.
