343… Please add cooler armor decals, i love the recruit charred armor it has so much personality and swagger to it but we need more and not just lines ,we need Camos,decals,logos stuff that looks awesome. Because most of the time your spartian will be blue or red it would be awesome to get cooler more unique armor decals. It would give players a lot more diversity and personality, I don’t know if you guys are still releasing updates but it would be so awesome of you guys if we could get unique decals of every armor almost like skins for guns plus it would make you money, I know you guys can do it, your very creative and original developers.

I think they should let you get all the armor through achievements and commendations but one set of each, don’t give us 3 sets of recon or scout just one and then you can have 500 skins to put on them like the weapon skins and people just buy those instead of req packs. People get what they want fast and 343 still get there money for all the optional customization stuff they offer.

I remember that thread when it was first shown to the community. I approve the idea to let us customise our own decals on each armour with of course the customisation option from Halo 4 or Reach.

In the latter pages of that thread, I came up with a way for 343 to trial the editor.
I would explain it in this thread but I’m in a bit of a rush.
Would love if we could submit ideas to 343, or for Halo 6 allow us to customize our armour, drawing stuff on it. Obviously not d#ck’s though.

The armour editor I linked above would allow us do just that.

There would have to be a report content feature, some players will abuse it, it happens everytime developers allow us something cool, BF 4 emblems come to mind. I agree, graphic customization for armour would be an excellent addition.

In CoD people can make their own emblem, it’s so funny seeing inappropriate versions getting banned, no doubt taken them hours to make. I agree Halo 6 would need a moderation system in place, similar to how these forums are monitored.

except that it does. Despite it being less than desirable, grinding for a certain item you want through rng does increase a games longevity for some people. It’s even better when that certain item is tied to a achievement.
Until armor decals are real, I want to see my (Reclaimer) emblem pasted onto my armor somehow. Think Halo 2 / 3.

A game needs to be good to begin with if people are going to play it… let alone GRIND it.
Gameplay takes precedence… or SHOULD take precedence anyway. H4 had a ton of unlocks… but the game’s design and gameplay wasn’t up to par, so what good are unlocks when people get bored and don’t want to play your game?

I was always a fan of our emblems being on the armour, would be nice to have that as an option too.
