Still installing while I’m at work.
So enlighten me, is it only input based now? I think I’m ok with that. But in what way does it affect the experience for you?

@Spam8358 input based only in ranked. In the casual mode/social and BTB there is nothing, means a mix of Xbox, PC will all possible input devices.

Wait what!? I can’t play social with only other gamepads?
The crossplay was very unbalanced, so I was planning to just play input based.

I’d also like to be able to choose the server’s I play on so I’m not getting 150 ping.

@Spam8358 Unfortunately no, you don’t have any option to influence the matchmaking for social/casual games. :frowning:

Should be able to set it to controller preferred and xbox preferred. Being able to play crossplay is cool but should be able to toggle it off. PC definitely has an advantage and it sucks to get flicked mid air over and over again.

What if you deactivate cross play in the console settings? Like what you need to do for battlefield?

From what I understand, disabling crossplay in the console settings makes you play ONLY consoles with the same option selected, and as hardly anyone knows about it, you risk it takes more or less a century to find players
An option directly in global settings is easier…

I have cross play deactivated and I was getting games quickly last night. Whether or not they were console only though…

If you disabled crossplay from the console settings then your opponents were all on xbox
