We need a Noble Team book

Feel like we need a book about Noble Team and their journeys prior (or sometimes during) the fall of Reach.
It’ll massively improve the characters, and make their story and sacrifices within Halo Reach much more impactful.
And maybe we can get some questions answered like;

When did Carter form Noble Team?
What was his experience with Jun, Emile, and Thom during Alpha Company’s training?
What was Jorges relation like with John, and his experience training as a Spartan II?
Why did Jorge join them?

These are just some of my ideas, and personally I think it’s worth exploring these characters further.

TLDR; They should make a book about Noble Team. What’s your opinion?

that sounds like a great idea for some back ground info. to correct you on somethings unsc forms the spartan teams not the team leader. their is a book out already describes some of the training of spartan 3

Agreed!!! I was surprised to learn there weren’t any books about them when they have so much story potential.

No we need more lire and books centered around the covenant. We have TONS of books about humans and forerunners but only two (that i know of) that deal strictly with the aliens and they happen to be my favs. We need more alien books

I know there’s Broken Circle. But what other book focuses on the Covenant?

Oooohh yeahhh. I forget that it was at first a stand alone novel. But it was a digital novel. I actually consider it part of Fractures now, on the same level as The Return in Evolutions.

True but you get the gist, like did they know each other during training and such

i would definitely be interested in more books about the lore

Your best shot on getting a Noble Team book/comic is this one (A Fistful of Arrows), it isn’t canon or at least it hasn’t been yet, but its a really good written short comic that would be nice if it were canon as it doesn’t mess around with the game’s story or other things we already know about. I try to keep my hopes up that 343 one day just post/tweet something saying that the short comic is now canon and finally belongs in the Halo Universe. FYI the comic is pretty old.

It also adds a pretty nice backstory to why Emile has a skull carved in his helmet. I try to keep my hopes up that 343 one day just post/tweet something saying that the short comic is now canon and finally belongs in the Halo Universe. In my opinion it would clear out some slight questions that might come up while playing Halo Reach while also adding some nice lore. FYI the comic is pretty old.

Fistful of Arrows may not be officially canon, but frankly that doesn’t mean crap to me.
If you are looking for a Noble Team story so good that it might as well be canon, A Fistful of Arrows is exactly what you are looking for.

I have read it and absolutely love it, but yeah Canon is the only let down.

I’d like to see H2&3 books.

I think that could be cool. Expanded lore on Noble Team, especially the past members who were referenced in game, but that we never got to see would make for an interesting read/listen depending on whether or not it was made into a Book, Audio Book or both.

That is a very good idea. I was always really interested in Noble Team, especially since Reach was my first Halo game. Also whatever happened to Auntie Dot??

Of course! Yeah! Dot and Holland pretty much drop off the face of the earth or Reach rather
