there should be a forge where you can make yoUr own Spartan or odst team and be able to construct levels to build and custom cutscenes. Amiright? I need feedback. Give opinions and custom campaign discription.

… no. I’m sorry, but, that would just be so bad. If you want custom Halo Campaigns go over to Halo PC. They have some amazing custom campaigns with custom ai, characters, levels, cut-scenes and voice acting. As well as custom abilities, vehicles, weapons and enemies.
This isn’t happening for Halo Reach, it’s been out for years now, and bungie isn’t in control of reach anymore, if your asking for this to be in a future game this isn’t the forum for you.
