We loose our req cards when we are disconnected!!!

right thread? Who do we complain to when we loose our req cards after disconnection!! It’s not fair at all
man. Iv lost legendary and tonnes of rare req cards when the game decide at its own will when to throw me out of a match. those cost money. We should be credited them back.

I feel you man. I’ve lost Ultra-Rare cards to disconnections and stuff like that.

I -Yoinking!- hate when that happens. One day I’m afraid of getting banned for quitting when it was their server that disconnected me at the start of the game. Just happened last two times I’ve used my XP boost cards, but doesn’t seem to happen when I don’t use a card… what’s worse is there’s no way to get them back.

I lost a legendary warzone boost and I had to use all my self control not to break something

This has happened to me twice now, With gold packs, which is quite annoying. When I found out the first time, I thought it was some type of bug, and it just didn’t purchase, plus I got to keep my req points, but once I found out it didn’t give me anything at all (Pack and rp) I was furious, since I was only a rank 10 then. But once it happened the other time, I kept my cool down, just a bit though. It didn’t keep me away from screaming in a pillow for a minute, from all the work with the consistent losing of Warzone assault. On that point, I keep getting blue team, and on the same map, which made, me more angry, I think I might just stop doing Warzone, and do SWAT and Breakout.

It is terrible and there is no way to contact 343i because they know they have messed things up in halo 5 guardians that should have always been fixed! There is no excuse!

And this is why I don’t buy them…
