I know everybody would love this, also I know that it’s too porwerful and it was designed by grunts for grunts, buuuut what if to use it, the Spartans have to brake some things to enter and this thing nerf the mech.

i would much rather have a thruster like this than the silly stomp mechanic that never works since you can hijack form the front some how. kind of a silly concept but whatever i guess.
We also need more mechs and other vehicles for all factions. Forerunner I think it’s easy cause they are almost mechs, we can have the grunt goblin for covies and we have the weak mantis for the humans but it’s ok ;(. Also more vehicles for covenant, maybe a new air one cause I’m tired of seeing always the same banshee over and over, and for forerunner too since they only have phaeton

One note: a Grunt is shorter but wider than a Spartan, they actually require around the same amount of space (not relevant right now, but at some point, maybe?).

Apparently there is an elite variant too… Maybe the same model of vehicle but it can be pilotable my Sangheili. They just have to get past the fact that the Grunt Mec has buttons for days.

The Poygon post said that there would be a chance to kill the grunt inside when the canopy is down. So, if you were to headshot the grunt, would that mean that the Goblin would explode? Or would it be like popping the hood of a Scorpion/Waith and shooting the player and not the vehicle so you can drive it without destroying it?

Explode. It happens with all of the other bosses. I’ve seen tank master rok, captain hestro, one of the ghost guys and the wraith officer hop out of their vehicles before. It was crazy. And when we killed then, their vehicle went off a few seconds later…except the wraith officer, somehow. I spent the rest of the game spartan charging his empty, non-drivable wraith around.
