Please can you help our situation, we have what appears to be a ghost member in our Spartan Company called “Hoya127”.

Scroll down to see Hoya127, on my screen I see an “x” where a profile picture should be displayed but the gamertag displayed underneath.
When you click their profile it redirects you to your own profile. We scan our API and they have been highly inactive - so when it comes to wanting to kick/discharge them from the company, we can’t! As it appears as an error.
It takes minutes to attempt to process the action before a message pops up saying “error, please try again later”.
Whether this is due to a gamertag change and the system not registering it I don’t know. I’ve been told by the company leader that it’s been like this for a long time as well so now whilst I remember, I thought to bring it up. It’s gone on for far too long and a place that could be taken by someone who will actually help earn Achilles.
