The whole point of the dlc was to be able to play non-forge related maps, have fun in unique looking maps but instead all we mostly get are grey textures.

> I’m sort of getting tired of you constantly defending their mistakes in every forum. They messed up. If they had bothered with the dlc playlists then more people would buy them but instead they wanted to shove forge maps down our throats whether we liked it or not. Even now 4 out of 6 votes are usually full of horrible/annoying forge maps that look horrible, they need to stay in custom games. Half the time people didn’t even know what on earth was going on half the time in playlists, I myself played a lot of big team and I wanted to play dlc but had friends who didn’t have random dlc parts and had put a lot of people off buying the dlc since they pulled this stunt, it’s even put people off halo 4. 343i need to stop putting their head in the sand.

> If the population was ‘low’ then should have got rid of duplicate playlists like how they would have ‘arena’,‘team slayer’, ‘mlg’, even ‘super team slayer’ which were all basically the same thing but instead the veterans who have played most of the games or have all the dlc from every game like myself was robbed of our dlc. It makes me wonder if they will pull this stunt with halo 4.
Team Slayer isn’t Super Slayer, completely different settings which you obviously already know, as well as Arena being the only ranked playlist in Reach, so that won’t be going anywhere.
If people would buy the DLC because of the DLC playlists, how come every single time they added one, the population never got a huge boost ever, they always stayed down at low populations, never going over 500, the last time it went over 500 was when the damn Jackpot was in Squad DLC.
For those who think they’re gonna pull this stunt with Halo 4, yes, they will at the end of the games life, before Halo 5 comes out or whatever the next Halo game will be that will be the main one supported, that is, if the populations are horrible like they were in Reach.
If people wanted these playlists are much as they whine about it on the forums, then they would have played them constantly and on a consistent basis, but nope, the populations sucked and were never getting better, just worse.
I’m sick of people like you thinking they are entitled anything from 343i, you are not.
