WE DEMAND A POSITION FROM 343 - WZ NOT WORKING

Ok, we just had enough!

It’s been almost 10 days and we are still waiting for a feedback from 343, Microsoft, or whoever is responsible for this FIASCO.

Warzone it is NOT connecting in all of South America, and aparently other places (Singapur Hong Kong, Australia). Maybe more places.

Last monday was a holiday here in Brazil and we couldn’t play Warzone. I personally tried AT LEAST 50 times to connect to a match and it did not work.

We demand respect. We demand to play for what we pay for. We demand AT LEAST some explanation, some feedback.

I sinceraly hope someone reads and answers us. I know I speak for hundreads of frustated HALO fans, who do not deserve to be treated like garbage.

We need a feedback from the developers.

Yep, this is getting ridiculous. Just the usual “we are looking into it” is not enough, at least give us a reason of why this is happening and a date of when you think it will be resolved.

Will we have to wait the same time like in MCC? I’m really tired of unbalanced arenas and no warzone at all.

We paid for the whole game, not just a piece of it.

I feel really insulted. I’ve paid for the game like everyone else from all over the world, why can’t I play like them?
I’m really sorry, but this is ridiculous already. You have no respect. If this were IGN or The Verge or whatever complaining we’d have a fix ASAP. But since it’s us, let’s just pretend nothing is happening and someday, who
knows, release a fix in the middle of the many random suggestions we’ve received from the rest of the community.

This is not about a minor bug, mistake, or annoying new feature in Warzone. NO ONE HERE CAN PLAY WARZONE AT ALL.

Since the launch could only play 6 games, but unfortunately it is impossible to play, have passed 10 days since the launch, it will be it will take another 10 to have any response from the 343?

Seriously, this is a disaster.

I’ve bought a XBOX ONE because of HALO, and mainly because of multiplayer.

i keep getting disconnected from lobbies so helpppp 343i!!!

This is ridiculous.

I went to launch event, bought the disc at the first minute of launch, with people from Microsoft Store congratulating for the purchase and taking photos.

For what? I can’t play the most fun and main online mode!

I demand an answer for all this trouble! I demand respect from Microsoft and 343!

And again, I’m trying to play from Brazil, open NAT, no problems with other games, mô problems to find arena games.

JUST CANT PLAY THE ONLY MODE I REALLY WANT!

After MCC fiasco i was expecting everything except a matchmaking problem.

I think they are laughing at us now.
