After the new Xbox One update, whenever I load up Halo 5 it always shows the message “We couldn’t get your latest saved data” and doesn’t allow me to play multiplayer. Also, it completely erased all my customization options and put me back at Spartan Rank 1. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
Mine does it a lot. Can’t see game stats, but your REQ will show up within a few minutes. So unless you are really trying to track commendations or stats, it’s no big deal.
Try signing out off and back into your Xbox live account.
