Report them on XBL through your console. You should remove the gamertags as calling out is against the terms. Yeah, I hope this gets corrected with the this weeks update.

You should remove the Gts so your thread isn’t locked.
Right now the gravity hammer is a sure-fire way to kill them through the wall. I’ve heard that splinter nades and ground pounds work too but I haven’t seen any proof of that.

Ground pound works but itll need at least 2-3 ppl at once since 1 groundpound would just take out their shields
Ground pound or hammer works everytime

Use a hog and position it over where they are and get out so you phase in, kill them and then get back in the hog and have a teammate knock you off the roof
