Awesome! Where’d you find this info?

People are excited for this? A feature that’s been in Halo since forever but they took it out for whatever reason. Look everybody, its back! Yay!! Stockholm syndrome at its finest…

Stockholm Syndrome does not apply here. Nothing was held captive.

And yet, I couldn’t give two -Yoink- about the feature, any more than I did in previous games. Never understood why people flip out when a menial feature isn’t accessible where it usually is. If you can’t remember that you had a Killimanjaro, then you have some problems my friend.

I’d argue that some of these guys are…

It’s ok to be excited for this. If my brother lived with me for 18 years and then went to college oversea, would it be inappropriate for me to be happy when he returned? Postgame medals are a great feature, everyone can agree on that. So it’s the correct response to be excited for the return.

You are the minority in this case. Why remove something that is good? Sounds like you have some sort of issue with medals showing up…

It’s more of the fact that it never affected my gameplay experience in the slightest. I never felt the need or want to check my medals after the game, so I find it hard to see why people liked it so much. Convenience is a good thing, but I can’t see why people think the effort to make it so should be expended, besides the fact that it was “IN HALO BEFORE” and therefore means that 343i is a bad developer.

Can’t you be happy that we are happy? I hate infection with a passion, and don’t care about the custom games benefits it provides. Yet I’m thrilled for its return, because a large majority of Halo brethren and sistren like it.

Did I said I hated it? No. I said that I couldn’t give two -Yoink-, simply because I never used the feature. Am I glad that Infection, a gamemode I never really enjoyed? Yes and no: While I appreciate that Speed Halo and other Infection-requiring Custom Games can be fully realized in Halo 5, Infection (in my experience) ends up becoming the sole basis for 90% of Custom Games, most of which are Slenderman-style gametypes. But my opinion on Post-Game Medals is simply “I don’t care.”
saw it on ready up live on youtube there bringing emiles armor back and a few infection levels which suit the enviroment

They basically talked about the halo community update. You can find exactly what they were getting there information at here
This will be nice, don’t recall them mentioning medals per se, but I may have missed it. I wonder if the post game carnage report will be more like WZF. With your position, score, emblem. I was wondering if that is what they meant by the updates, vs medals.

So we should be pissy little kids that whine about how it should have been at launch? That’s a great way to help the game progress. Hey 343, you gave us something back we asked for? Well -Yoink- you! Now give us more!
Hell yeah!

Progress? When they take away staple features, I’m not going to get all giddy like a little school girl, when they give us things that should have been in from the beginning. Go away, child.
