Leadership opportunities are available! Be the Bullet is seeking dedicated, active Halo players to join our community!

We support casual and competitive gamers of all skill and rank levels. We have a military structure, you can view our structure here.

We have players from the United States, Canada, UK, Netherlands, and India. And we are always looking for players in North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and across the Pacific. You can view our roster here

Our requirements for joining are simple:

> Be at least 14 years of age
> Have a working microphone
> Be able to attend practices or events (for casual teams) weekly
> Be able to access our site on a regular basis
> Willing to change your emblem
> Purchasing Halo 4

We are moving toward a Team based system, in which members of BtB form their own teams for competitive or casual purposes. We have additional requirements for Team Creation which you can see upon joining Be the Bullet, but any member of BtB is able to create a team in any game type of Halo. So, if you want to be a team leader, now is your chance.

> How To Get Into Be the Bullet

First you must visit our website BetheBullet.net, register and complete an application here.
Once it is submitted a member of our staff will reply and you will be placed in a Company based on your geographical location, and made a Recruit.
Your job as a recruit is to stay active, on our site and in the game attending as many events as you can, you must complete 2 mandatory practices before you are eligible to take a Boot Camp, these are held every Saturday. After passing Boot Camp you are promoted to Private and made an official member of Be the Bullet, at which time you are eligible to create a team and/or participate in clan matches.

We don’t care if you’re the best, that’s all fine and dandy, but if you’re a d-bag and no one can stand to play with you because you rage constantly, and belittle other members of your team, well you aren’t much use to anyone.

Be the Bullet is actively seeking out dedicated, Halo fanatics to join our ranks. Specifically those who want to play competitively, we are looking for Squad Leaders to lead groups in:

MLG (USA, Europe, and Australia)
Big Team Battle (USA, Europe, and Australia)
Gifball (USA, Europe, and Australia)

> Hows Be the Bullet Work?

BtB is a military themed gaming community, we have ranks, we have positions.
Rank is given to members based on activity, dedication, loyalty, and innovation. Helping to drive us forward. This isn’t a “take all” organization, you have to be willing to give something back, those who are willing to do that will advance rapidly up the ranks.
Positions are different from rank, while we try to keep positions at a standard rank set, members who show initiative and drive will be moved into positions of leadership at almost any rank. Positions at that point are superior to rank, as that person has been entrusted with a leadership role.

Beyond that, once a member joins Be the Bullet they are made a Recruit. Recruits are required to attend at least 2 mandatory practices (This technically depends on when a member joins, as all Mandatory Practices are well, mandatory). When the Recruit has attended at least 2 practices they are eligible to Request to attend Boot Camp, which is hosted every Saturday. After successful completion of Boot Camp, you will be promoted to Private and made a full member of Be the Bullet.

Full membership offers you a chance to lead your own team as well as compete officially in clan matches.

Be the Battle is seeking leaders for competitive Big Team Battle, Grifball, and MLG game types.

Personnel interested in these positions need to be driven, dedicated, and prepared to carry their squads into Halo 4.

Additionally, you must have patients as these things tend to take time to build.

All standard requirements are still in place:

Players must be at least 14 years of age

> What Are We Prepared To Offer Potential Merger Members?

The leader of the group is eligible to be a Team/Squad leader of any game type he/she chooses. Rank may not be equal to that which the person previously held as a leader of a clan, however it will be proportionate to any Squad Leader currently involved if not higher.
Members will have a prorated Recruit process, they will be eligible to take the Boot Camp examination after completing at least 1 practice instead of 2.
We do this to ensure the new members will fit in with BtB, as well as stay active, our rules will officially apply once members have joined.
If a clan is large enough upon merger, Company Operations can be discussed as a possible position for a incoming clan merger leader.

> Whats Expected?

As a member of Be the Bullet, merging clan members are expected to follow our rules and regulations, this pertains specifically to our uniform and activity policies.
Those members who join as Recruits will have to wear the Recruit Emblem, those as members will have to wear the correct emblem as well.
Members will have to attend practices regularly, as well as have regular access to our website, BetheBullet.net.
Those who fail to contribute or stay active in game and on our site will be removed from BtB.
No member is required to change gamer tag or service tag.

Be the Bullet has an excellent command and community structure.
As a newer organization there is plenty of room to grow and excellent advancement opportunities.
We don’t require gamer tag changes or members to donate any financial resources to the group (our site is paid for, for over a year).

Be the Bullet is proud to present Fight Week!

Fight Week begins August 28th and ends Sunday September 2nd with a FFA event.

Fight Week is a chance for members of Be the Bullet to get out of their comfort level, game wise, and join in some friendly, competitive tournaments within the group. We will be hosting events Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Some of the tournaments we will be hosting include:

Big Team Battle
Griball
MLG

With a culminating Free-For-All tournament on Sunday to decide the Fight Week Champion!

What makes a good team? Individual skill? Ability to work together? Communicate effectively? Know what the other guy is going to do, before he even does it? Supporting your team mates?

There’s a lot that goes into being a good team, but what makes a “great” team?

Be the Bullet is a competitive Halo community, and while I can’t claim we are the best clan out there “skill wise”, we are the most fun clan I’ve ever had the privilege of being apart of or commanded.

Be the Bullet is like a lot of other clans, we have scheduled practices, we have teams that focus on specific game types, and companies that support teams in different regions of the world.

We have a uniform code and basic rules. We also have a Recruit Processing phase, in which we evaluate new members, not only their skill but their attitude and character. Because ABOVE all else, we have to like a person we are going to play with often.

While our teams (or as we call them, Task Forces) are our primary competitive focus (thats how we train and conduct practices, via Task Forces), we enjoy getting a party together and just stomping through whatever play list we can all fit into.
Some times thats Team Slayer, or Objective, Invasion, or Big Team Battle, or even a good custom game, whatever we are feeling up to.

Our Friday nights are filled with hours of gaming, with people coming and going until the early morning hours.
