I knew it was a Phaeton all along. Just increased the saturation in photoshop. Don’t know why people expected a Falcon.

Im pretty sure that 343 has stated that all dlc content was planned from launch. I doubt they’ve only spent a month of work on each update…
I’m happy for another Phaeton.
I’m not that excited anymore for the reach update. I’ve yet to receive a normal phaeton. I’m still waiting for this promise UNSC vehicle though there are rumours that they meant halo wars 2 (of course it would be in that, we 100% expect that)
im not an infection fan so sad to say this update really downgraded itself for me.

Even if you did get a Phaeton, if you used them all you wouldn’t get another for awhile.
I knew it wouldn’t be a falcon and I knew people would -Yoink- about it.
The falcon was always meh to me anyway

It’s not like they start developing something the moment the previous update drops. They likely had infection in the works for many months. In fact, I’d wager that it was nearly complete before the game’s launch, but they needed stuff to release as an update.

On topic, I was never a huge fan of the Falcon. I feel bad for the people who were hoping, but I didn’t really have any expectations myself. There’s always the next update though.

I personally prefer the hornet, but I’ve been hoping for a UNSC vehicle since launch. I’m not a fan of infection and sadly that is the big addition for the update. I was hoping maybe like 2-3 weapons FROM reach, would have made it more of an update in my mind. Still I don’t want to seem ungrateful, but I expected a lot more.

I assumed the falcon would be too programming intensive for them to actually add it anytime soon. It took months just to get fiesta after all. I did assume it would be something reach related, most of the reach kids are upset about that and I understand their feelings. The handful of ‘stop whinging’ threads don’t help matters.
