I currently use the English (US) version of the site, and I ran into some text I don’t understand when I look at “View all posts” on a certain player. (In this case, myself.)
I have a feeling the elites are saying something to me… (all jokes aside though, it’s not in the English language.)
Didn’t look at his picture, but I’m getting some interesting gibberish when I look post history or run a search. And example being…Wyszukiwanie zaawansowane

That’s the same as what the OP was showing in the image. Now I am tempted to try it out to verify…
EDIT: I went to my profile and viewed my entire post history and even tried to do a search in that page and I didn’t see the foreign text that you and the OP have. So I wonder if I was doing something wrong? 
When I first saw this topic I couldn’t replicate, but this actually did happen to me this afternoon in work. just randomly when I was browsing search results. Seems to be back to normal now though
