So I’ve looked around a bit on the FAQ and the known issues page and couldn’t really find what I was looking for. I noticed a while ago that my spartan on waypoint doesn’t have the armor that I chose in the game. Everything else seems to be in order but the armor just doesn’t update. I am still wearing the standard red recruit armor. Then I started noticing some other things. When you are choosing a playlist on multiplayer there should be different pictures on the side above the description of the playlist but that is not there for me. Instead it is simply a blank blue spot. The last thing I noticed was that I can’t watch spartan ops episodes on my console. I end up having to go to youtube to watch them when I get to them. When I click Y to watch them or go to the “watch episode” tab and select an episode it just doesn’t go anywhere.
Has anyone else experienced this stuff? It isn’t exactly game breaking, but I would like to fix it if at all possible. Thank you.

Sometimes my armor does not update either. It’s nothing really, just a delayed in the system. Everything updates eventually.
It’s been almost six months like this. Eventually isn’t exactly the answer I was looking for.
I’m in the same boat since launch. It’s frustrating and have wondered if they’ll ever fix it. I hope they see this and do.
A question for you: does your new csr update? Maybe mine is stuck at 1 because I suck, but I was thinking that it may be related. I’m not a terrible player (prob a .9 kd ratio, finish most matches in the middle of the standings) but not super good either. I thought the rating may be something other than the worst possible.
Ah yes, the “Red Spartan glitch”. I know quite a few are experiencing this issue, and to my knowledge, there is no known solution to fixing it. Sorry! 
As for the matchmaking picture problem, do you have the game installed to your Xbox’s hard drive? That will usually improve the overall game performance. I also recommend clearing your Xbox’s cache, as that will usually fix any weird issues you may be having. Here’s a walkthrough on how to do so.
What’s your connection speed? I don’t know whether that will affect if you can view Spartan Ops episodes (it should only affect the video quality), but it could be that it’s too low to stream them to your Xbox from the servers.
