I created a halo waypoint so i can join/create a a spartan company. I did the latter however, when i created my halo waypoint using the same email i used to create my gamer profile. It wont load my spartan, service record, game history, nothing. The game tag is the same but its like 2 different profiles. I ended up creating my own spartan company but its kinda difficult to help earn the armor set when it wont track my progress/history. Please help, this is frustrating that i havent found any one with the same issue.
Did you use the same mail of you xbox profile to create this waypoint account ?
Actually, to ‘create’ a waypoint account linked to your xbox one, you just have to use you microsoft credentials, the ones you used for the xbox profile. Did you make a waypoint account out of nowhere ?
Waypoint doesn’t have it’s own ‘accounts’ it uses your live profile. If you set up a new profile than you created a new microsoft account.
I figured it out, i kept putting gmail instead of outlook. I didnt realize it. Sorry for wasting yalls time
