So with the final 50 days mark being passed I come to realize that I don’t have all the major achievements in some of the Halo games that carry over to Reach and allow you to unlock a few extra pieces of armor.
I have an itching feeling that Halo 4 will probably have a lot more since Waypoint has been around long enough. And I wouldn’t be surprised if most of the helmets and things unlocked through Waypoint will be from the past games, (such as Mark V, ODST, etc).
What are you guys expecting?

There’s no final list out, and since 343 is rolling out Armor as DLC it’s safe to assume that there’s a chance of them being in. I’m not going to be upset if they aren’t just pointing out that, you’re too quick to assume they won’t be in the game.

We know Masterchief’s helmet, the Mark VI is unlocked through either the Legendary run or the Solo Legendary run. So yeah, there will be armours unlocked through achievements/waypoint most likely.
im sure their will be, could be some from Halo 3 again, maybe ODST, most likely Reach and probably Halo CE anniversary

There are some Armors that will be available to the players who purchase the War Games season pass if they didn’t purchase the limited edition of the game. Needless to say, they will more than likely be selling packs for weapon and armor skins over xbox live as well.

It was confirmed that all the armor in the game was Revealed during PAX non of those 2 helmets were there, and where did you hear about DLC armor exactly.
Aren’t all the required achievements for the Reach armor campaign based?
You could go back and do them pretty easily.

That’s not exactly DLC. That’s just locking out armor that’s already on the disc. And Franky said a few weeks ago that pax had all the armor so no Mark V and ODST is confirmed.

This, there’s no armor DLC. All the preorder armor and map pack armor are already on the disc. Like a lot of offers these days, you’re just getting a code that unlocks them.

If we don’t, then I’m pretty much going to flip my -Yoink-. First I hear everyone gets the EXCLUSIVE armour from LE first day that I thought I was getting, and now I don’t get the armour that comes with War Games map pass because I decided to get LE. So bull if this is what happens.

I’m more than sure that since the LE comes with War Games we are going to be getting those armors as well. I know I’m expecting it.

The armor might be with the limited edition as well though because that comes with the season pass basically.

exactly what I’m expecting.
I would definately work on doing Legendary Difficulty run throughs, and the Campaign achievements, they will likely be a portion of them needed to unlock the Exclusive Waypoint Gear whatever it may be.
