Hi,

I was directed by xbox support to create a thread here. I have already made one in the H4 seection of this forum so I will be copying it over here. Also including some additional waypoint specific information

Hello,

Signed into the xbox today (yesterday 1.5.13) and edited some of my loadouts. I went into infinity to play some mm and noticed in the party my rank was SR1, I get into game and I only have access to two default loadouts.

I could pause the game during the match and select edit loadouts this showed all my proper loadouts but i couldn’t select any to use in game.

I returned to the lobby and checked my sparten hub. All my XP and Rank / Loadouts is shown correctly in the hub. When I highlight my sparten in the lobby it shows my as SR30 but with the correct XP balance. My actual rank as it is shown in the hub should be SR68.

This has been happening all day, I rebooted my console multiple times however it is still occuring.

I do not gain any XP when I play a match and I cannot use any loadouts.

Also I am not able to earn any progress to any challenges, it says on the commendation screen that either the xbox servers are unavailable or I have chosen to play an offline sparten. I don’t understand how I am the only one affected; everyone i see in mm seems to be fine and I can’t be an offline sparten if I am playing online…

its really frustrating with all the problems the game has that even when I am trying to give it a chance and have fun it still gives me these issues.

I want to love halo4 I want to play and have fun but Yoink! you make it hard.

This started yesterday it is STILL occurring for me today.

When I try to access my stats page on waypoint i get the following error

C805A127-BA42-48CF-AE4F-04232CB49D51

with the message - HALO WAYPOINT SERVICE PROBLEM HALO WAYPOINT SERVICES ARE HAVING PROBLEMS PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.

I would LOVE some explanation as to why my account is so screwed up.

wouldnt it be nice if 343 had a support forum you could post these issues and get a response from someone who knows wtf they are talking about ?

havin’ the same problem here bub, I’m able to access my brother’s account’s waypoint info but when I try on this one it gets an error code, a couple of trys later gives the same results.
acutally started happening since yesterday as well.

Maverick does your rank and loadouts work normally ingame ?

I’m having the exact same issue! so glad it isn’t just me. it’s been a couple of days now, and it’s getting ridiculous. all other gamertags work on my box but mine.

No they don’t, I can’t seem to use my loadouts at all in game, but can customize them

another friend on my list is having the problem as well. Glad (not glad) to see some more people are in the same boat. I wonder what 343 will say about this tomorrow when they get in.
