You are probably entering codes that only work for Win 8 and WP8. The only code that works for Xbox 360 and One is Flying Colors. You can find all codes, their unlock requirements, and their rewards here.

Is the Recruit secret blocked for XBOX ?

Yes. But the three Windows 8 codes unlock the same things as the one Xbox code. You will not get anything extra for using the Windows 8 codes if you use the Xbox code.

I wonder if 343 will fixed this? It a pain when you work for a achievement to unlock something and not get it. Though I’m sure that they have other problems that need dealing with.

There is nothing to fix, this was intentional. The Recruit, Prodigy and Able Spartan codes are Windows 8/Phone 8 exclusive codes, while the Flying Colors code is exclusive to Xbox 360/One. Both sets of codes unlock the exact same things.

It’s not but you can still access it via the Halo Waypoint app for the Xbox 360. Load it up and press X to access the classified area

Yeah online cant find it anymore, kinda pain to switch back from pc to view the codes and 360 to input them.
