So I’ve been away from Halo for a long time; since just before Reach launched. I finally renewed my Xbox Live gold account, bought Reach and got stuck in, and it’s been good so far. However, I noticed that some items in the armoury require something to happen on Waypoint - so I checked to see what they were, and I’m pretty sure I’ve done enough for most if not all of the unlocks, but they aren’t available?
Is it due to the fact I did most things offline? Or am I missing something? Or is the system broken?
Are you trying to get them through the website? You unlock them through the Halo Waypoint app for your console, they don’t unlock through the website.

Yes I have opened up the armour unlocks part of the xbox app several times with no result.
This seems to have miraculously resolved itself since making this post…

i’m having the same problem.
Have completed all the requirements for 2 of the helmets that unlock via waypoint, but for some reason it is not registering that i have reached the required career milestone (15) but im at career milestone 38. I have the achievements and it has registered those on waypoint.
Any ideas?

When i get on te app all it says is “error to load” it never shows my reach record from app, and it never fully loads, no matter how well my connections running…
