Will I be banned before I reach the Rank of Spartan? It’s super rare for someone to reach any significant rank before being perms banned and almost everyone in my clan has been perma banned before reach beyond Marine.

It all depends, people who get banned bring it upon themselves for breaking the forum rules, simply put don’t break the rules and you won’t be banned, no luck needed.
If you provocate it then yes.
